The rules of engagement for shopping at NexiverStore.
1. Orders and Acceptance
By placing an order with NexiverStore, you agree to purchase the products in your cart at the specified prices, including any applicable shipping fees and taxes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept various payment methods including Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and Mobile Wallets (Easypaisa/JazzCash).
For manual payments, orders will only be processed once the transaction has been verified by our finance team.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by our courier partners or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping address provided.
4. Limitation of Liability
NexiverStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
