Eligibility for Returns

At NexiverStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. You can initiate a return if:

  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The item received is different from what was ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and security reasons, we cannot accept returns on items where the factory seal has been broken, unless the item is technically defective. This includes Earphones, Custom Keycaps, and Software Licenses.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
